bilde 2 300x199 Police make arrests as city workers tear down homeless camp at railroad bridgeUPDATE: Police officers began arresting people who refused to leave a homeless camp under a railroad bridge this morning on the southern edge of Downtown.

The site was home to about 24 tents. About half the residents folded up their shelters and left. City workers dismantled the rest and put them in dump trucks.
